A role within Finance & Risk Solutions (FRS), part of IT Transversal & Functions (ITTF), the client organization responsible for delivering technology solutions for Finance and Risk functions worldwide. The position integrates the RDS01 – Transversal Office team, responsible for governance, transformation, business management and operational oversight across the Risk Dedicated Solutions (RDS) perimeter.

The team supports the sustainable growth and transformation of RDS through workforce planning, x-shoring strategy management, executive governance, budget and capacity oversight, organizational improvement initiatives and continuous efficiency programs. The role works closely with management, PMO, sourcing teams and senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, facilitate decision-making and support the evolution of the organization.

Role

• Manage the evolution of RDS headcount planning and x-shoring strategy
• Conduct competency and gap analysis to support workforce and sourcing decisions
• Collaborate with managers to define and execute organizational and staffing strategies
• Coordinate and streamline x-shoring governance meetings and reporting processes
• Monitor savings, costs and performance indicators linked to sourcing initiatives
• Produce and enhance dashboards covering x-shoring, headcount and RDS01 activities
• Perform business, financial and operational analysis to support management decisions
• Analyze resource, budget and infrastructure cost evolution and identify key drivers
• Coordinate and prepare governance materials for RDS and FRS management committees
• Continuously improve governance reporting and presentation standards
• Support and deliver transformation and organizational improvement projects
• Consolidate transformation initiatives into structured programs with regular status reporting
• Track budgets, benefits and savings associated with transformation activities
• Develop and improve SharePoint organization and knowledge management practices
• Act as the RDS point of contact for transversal organizational improvement initiatives within ITTF
• Collaborate with the wider RDS01 team and contribute to knowledge-sharing and backup activities

We are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a similar field
• Professional experience in Banking, Strategic Consulting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Project Management, Operational Excellence or Process Improvement environments
• Proven experience delivering transformation, organizational or business management initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Power BI for reporting, dashboard development and data visualization
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, structured and impactful executive presentations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with workforce planning, sourcing strategies or organizational transformation (valued)
• Experience in x-shoring or organizational change initiatives (valued)
• Knowledge of SharePoint (valued)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Agile ways of working (valued)
• Previous experience in banking or financial services environments (valued)
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment (valued)
