Project
A Business Analyst role focused on supporting insurance-related projects and business initiatives. The mission involves acting as the bridge between business and IT teams, gathering and analysing requirements, improving business processes and ensuring that solutions meet business needs and regulatory expectations.
The role requires a strong understanding of insurance products, processes and operations, working closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality solutions while supporting change and transformation initiatives.
Role
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Act as the liaison between business and IT stakeholders
- Analyse existing processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
- Participate in solution design and validation activities
- Support testing activities and ensure requirements coverage
- Coordinate with business users throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and requirement-gathering sessions
- Produce and maintain business and functional documentation
- Analyze business impacts and support change management initiatives
- Track requirements, issues and project deliverables
- Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and operational needs
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
We are looking for
- Professional experience as a Business Analyst
- Previous experience in Insurance environments
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes and operations
- Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
- Experience working with business and IT stakeholders
- Experience supporting testing and validation activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience facilitating workshops and requirement sessions
- Ability to produce clear and structured documentation
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working in Agile environments (valued)
- Knowledge of insurance systems and digital transformation projects (valued)
