Project
A Power BI Developer role focused on the transformation and industrialization of the reporting ecosystem. The mission is to convert raw reconciliation data into actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to monitor operational risks, track reconciliation breaks and measure the effectiveness of remediation activities.
The role combines dashboard development, data integration, data modeling, reporting automation and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the modernization of reporting processes and the continuous improvement of operational monitoring capabilities.
Role
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Transform raw reconciliation data into meaningful business insights
- Replace manual reporting processes through dashboard automation
- Connect Power BI with multiple data sources
- Design and implement scalable data models
- Develop data transformation and reporting processes
- Support the industrialization of the KYC and AML reporting ecosystem
- Gather and analyze reporting and business requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand monitoring and reporting needs
- Develop solutions to track operational risks and reconciliation breaks
- Create reporting capabilities to monitor remediation actions and performance trends
- Contribute to process automation initiatives
- Ensure data quality, consistency and reporting accuracy
- Identify opportunities for reporting optimization and continuous improvement
- Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions and dashboards
- Support the evolution of data and analytics capabilities across the reporting landscape
We are looking for
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer
- Expert-level knowledge of Power BI
- Strong experience with DAX
- Strong experience with Power Query
- Strong SQL proficiency
- Experience in data integration and reporting solutions
- Strong data modeling expertise
- Experience designing scalable and efficient data models
- Experience working with multiple data sources
- Knowledge of reporting automation and process optimization
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into reporting and analytical solutions
- Experience working with operational and reconciliation data
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end delivery of reporting solutions
