Project
A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant/Developer role focused on the implementation, customization and evolution of enterprise solutions built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. The mission combines business analysis, solution design, development, integration and technical consultancy, ensuring scalable, secure and maintainable solutions aligned with business needs and Microsoft best practices.
The role works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and project managers throughout the entire solution lifecycle, contributing to architecture decisions, platform governance, development standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Role
- Gather, analyze and refine functional and technical requirements
- Design, configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Contribute to solution architecture and technical design activities
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable and aligned with Microsoft best practices
- Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
- Develop custom extensions using JavaScript and C# plugins
- Configure and extend solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Develop solutions using Power Apps
- Implement business process automation using Power Automate
- Work with Microsoft Dataverse data models and services
- Contribute to Power Platform solution design and implementation
- Perform functional and technical testing activities
- Support business users during system, integration and user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues
- Support the definition of implementation standards, governance models and development guidelines
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members when required
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and solution optimization
We are looking for
- More than 4 years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Strong experience configuring, customizing and implementing Dynamics 365 in enterprise environments
- Experience with one or more of the following Dynamics 365 modules:
- Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Dynamics 365 Project Operations
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Dynamics 365 Contact Center
- Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with Power Apps
- Experience with Power Automate
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 extensibility and customization capabilities
- Solid development experience using JavaScript
- Solid development experience using C# plugins
- Experience developing solutions on Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
- Experience designing and implementing integrations with external applications and APIs
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems
- Good understanding of Dynamics 365 solution architecture
- Knowledge of security models, data models and application lifecycle management
- Experience with deployment and release management practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams
- Ability to work in complex enterprise environments
