Project
A Cyber Security Program Analyst role within the Group Cyber Program team, responsible for supporting the cybersecurity maturity assessment framework across Group entities. The mission focuses on evaluating cybersecurity compliance, IT risk management practices and operational resilience capabilities, ensuring alignment with the Group Cyber Security and IT Risk framework.
The role contributes to a strategic cybersecurity transformation program, working closely with Group entities and cybersecurity experts to assess maturity levels, monitor compliance with cybersecurity requirements and support the continuous improvement of the Group's security posture. This position offers broad exposure to cybersecurity, IT risk and operational resilience domains across an international environment.
Role
- Support the deployment of the Cyber Security maturity evaluation process across assigned entities
- Assist entities in understanding cybersecurity requirements and expected evidence
- Review and assess compliance evidence submitted by entities
- Ensure assessment consistency across entities and cybersecurity domains
- Communicate framework updates, requirements and program changes to stakeholders
- Facilitate coordination between Group IT providers and business entities
- Document assessment results and contribute to governance reporting
- Support the production of management reports and maturity assessments
- Participate in the evaluation of cybersecurity controls and risk mitigation measures
- Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving the Cyber Program assessment process
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk and operational resilience stakeholders
- Monitor progress of cybersecurity compliance initiatives
- Support the continuous enhancement of cybersecurity governance practices
- Participate in a large-scale cybersecurity transformation program
- Contribute to the strengthening of cybersecurity maturity and operational resilience across the Group
We are looking for
- Experience in Cyber Security, IT Risk Management or Information Security environments
- Knowledge of Cyber Security governance and compliance processes
- Understanding of IT Risk Management principles
- Experience working with cybersecurity frameworks and security assessment activities
- Knowledge of operational resilience and business continuity concepts
- Ability to evaluate evidence and assess compliance against defined requirements
- Experience producing governance documentation and management reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in complex organizational environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience working within international environments
- Ability to understand and interpret security and regulatory requirements
