Project
This role operates within an Agile and DevOps environment, ensuring that production, infrastructure, security, and monitoring requirements are incorporated throughout the project lifecycle. The position acts as the link between Development, Infrastructure, and Application Production Support teams, promoting operational excellence, production readiness, and continuous improvement across both production and non-production environments.
Responsibilities
- Ensure production, infrastructure, security, and monitoring requirements are considered during solution design and delivery.
- Contribute to technical decisions, risk assessment, and operational readiness within Agile teams.
- Define and implement technical user stories related to automation, industrialization, and platform evolution.
- Support development teams in adopting DevOps and production best practices.
- Facilitate deployments and ensure the availability, performance, resilience, and security of technical environments.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and operational supervision capabilities.
- Perform operational and security reviews, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with Application Production Support teams to manage incidents, improve services, and ensure operational continuity.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote knowledge sharing, technical ownership, and operational excellence across teams.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, and Dynatrace.
- Experience with DevOps tools including GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, and Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure, Production Operations, and operational governance.
- Knowledge of IT Risk Management and Cyber Security.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps, Production Support, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Infrastructure, or similar environments.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Results-driven with a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
