Vulnerability Management Specialist

This role is part of the Corporate Cybersecurity function and contributes directly to the continuous improvement of the organization's security performance framework. The successful candidate will have a cross-functional view of the technology landscape, working closely with internal IT teams and global Cybersecurity teams to strengthen the security posture across assets, applications, and infrastructure. The position plays a critical role in vulnerability management, ensuring that systems, codebases, and infrastructure components are regularly assessed, monitored, and remediated. The role operates within a demanding international environment focused on accuracy, governance, reporting, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all assets are subject to regular vulnerability scanning.
• Ensure identified vulnerabilities are properly assessed, prioritized, and remediated.
• Monitor the implementation and deployment of critical security patches.
• Ensure eligible assets undergo regular code reviews and that identified vulnerabilities are addressed.
• Verify that all relevant assets are covered by approved vulnerability scanning tools.
• Ensure vulnerability scans are executed successfully and on a regular basis.
• Analyze scan results, prioritize findings, and propose remediation plans to relevant stakeholders.
• Track and report on remediation progress.
• Review information related to critical security patches and identify impacted environments and assets.
• Notify affected stakeholders and business entities.
• Monitor patch deployment progress and provide formal status reporting.
• Coordinate and monitor penetration testing activities for business entities.
• Analyze penetration testing results, prioritize findings, and oversee remediation efforts.
• Ensure the quality of services delivered by third-party providers, in alignment with customer requirements.
• Ensure eligible internal and external assets are covered by code review tools and processes.
• Monitor the successful and regular execution of code scanning activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Broad understanding of technology environments and IT ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and practices is highly valued.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to produce regular and ad hoc reports for technical and management audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong ability to analyze complex technical scenarios and security-related issues.
