Integrated into the APS – Application Production Support team, with dual responsibility: 75% production (L3) and 25% project management.

The professional operates in a critical production context, involving servers, storage, network, middleware, and applications in a live environment.

Works in close collaboration with transversal technical entities and Business Project Managers (BP2S), ensuring the implementation of technical architectures, transition to production, and coordination between teams.

The international context requires fluency in English to facilitate meetings and interactions with technical and functional stakeholders.

The role contributes to the adoption of new methodologies and tools: DevOps, Agility, Move2Cloud, ensuring continuous evolution of production practices.

The professional must have strong technical expertise (Linux, WebSphere, Oracle, Autosys, CFT, Cloud, Ansible, Kubernetes) to execute high‑level technical actions during the ongoing transformation.

Responsabilities

Project managment (25%)

• Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and with quality, aligned with Group standards and architectures.
• Include in the project scope topics such as obsolescence, decommissioning, technical resilience, and costs.
• Coordinate all technical stakeholders involved and manage the budget (Mendays).
• Ensure regular reporting to APS/ADM Management.
• Implement and guarantee project governance (Business Validation Committees, Monitoring Committees, Steering Committees).
• Ensure autonomy of RUN THE BANK and APS teams in maintaining operational conditions.
• Identify synergies and optimizations with colleagues sharing the same perimeter.
• Perform operations outside business hours and on weekends, depending on criticality.
• Define and validate SLA and KPI for the production support component.
• Work in alignment with FINOPS, Decommissioning Management, and Obsolescence, ensuring security and financial requirements.

Produção (75%) – APS Level 3

• Ensure end‑to‑end responsibility in delivering the IT objectives of the project, aligned with strategic priorities and IT governance.
• Coordinate all technical and functional stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for the project.
• Ensure knowledge and correct application of the Group’s IT project governance.
• Anticipate, plan, and execute end‑to‑end projects, respecting deadlines, resources, and constraints.
• Define and apply project methodologies.
• Anticipate and manage risks.
• Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Requirements

• Monitoring & Observability
• Experience with tools such as Dynatrace
• DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines
• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (cost management, scalability, compliance)
• Cloud Fundamentals certification (AWS/Azure) or proven experience
• Project Management tools: Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira Portfolio
• Knowledge of legacy tools: WebSphere, Autosys, CFT
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Oracle, middleware, and automation (Ansible)
