SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Project:

We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to support the final phase of a strategic HR transformation programme involving the migration from SAP ECC HCM to SAP SuccessFactors.

The consultant will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of the migration project and the transition into Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations. This role requires a broad architectural perspective, ensuring that SAP SuccessFactors is fully integrated within the client's application landscape and aligned with business, operational, and technology requirements.

The engagement is expected to start immediately and run for an initial period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

Role:

As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will act as the lead advisor and architecture authority for the SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring the end-to-end solution design is fit for purpose and aligned with the client's wider technology landscape.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the final stages of the SAP ECC HCM to SAP SuccessFactors migration programme.
• Leading the transition from project delivery into operational support.
• Acting as the overall solution architect for the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Providing architectural guidance across SuccessFactors modules, with a primary focus on Employee Central and Time Management.
• Ensuring seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors and the broader application landscape.
• Assessing and validating end-to-end solution designs, interfaces, and data flows.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, HR teams, implementation partners, and technical teams.
• Supporting governance activities, design reviews, and solution decisions.
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimisation across the HR technology landscape.
• Ensuring that solutions follow SAP best practices and architectural standards.
• Supporting knowledge transfer activities and operational readiness during the handover to support teams.
• Providing expert guidance on roadmap, scalability, and future evolution of the HR systems landscape.

We are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors environments.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large-scale HR transformation programmes.
• Strong experience in SAP ECC HCM to SAP SuccessFactors migration projects.
• Experience supporting programme closure and transition to operational support.
• Experience working within complex, multinational application landscapes.
• Strong stakeholder management experience at both business and technical levels.
• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
• Solid understanding of the wider SAP SuccessFactors suite.
• Extensive experience with SuccessFactors integrations and hybrid landscapes.
• Strong understanding of SAP Integration Suite, middleware solutions, APIs, and interface design.
• Experience designing end-to-end HR system architectures.
• Knowledge of HR master data management and data migration principles.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and governance considerations within HR systems.
• Ability to assess architectural impacts across interconnected applications and platforms.
